We cut the bottom off an orange juice carton and used to it to wash the soap out or our daughters hair during bath time. She loved the way the water rushed over her like a water fall. We keep it in the bathroom closet with all the other bath time goodies.

This is the Nutrition Facts sailboat. It is a scale model of the Rhodes 19. Made completely out of cartons, this sailboat is fit for sailing the high seas! Our navigator is Bessie the Cow, seen in the picture posing in front of her self-portrait sail. She is the best sailor to ever pilot the Nutrition Facts. On our interview with her, Bessie was quoted as saying, “Moooove over, other cartons, ’cause Bessie’s gonna win it all!” So, are you going to push Bessie to victory, or are you going to vote for the competition? Whatever you do, just remember that the Nutrition Facts is the most seaworthy boat to ever come from a carton!

I had planned on making my little girl her own birthday hat that matched the colors and theme of the party; a “Polka Dot Pool Party.” The carton turned out to be the perfect base for the hat because of its sturdiness.

Put water in milk or juice carton. Fill 3/4 full with water and freeze. Line your ice chest with the frozen cartons and it will keep your food or drink cold for over a week.
I have gone on camping trips and still come home with frozen cartons.
